The challenge

A premium fashion brand had been running the same storefront for three years. Traffic was growing steadily, but revenue had plateaued. Conversion sat at 1.4% despite increasing ad spend. Something in the funnel was broken, and the team couldn't pinpoint where.

Our approach

We ran a full commercial and technical audit — product pages, checkout flow, email sequences, post-purchase experience. Every step of the funnel was instrumented and measured. The store was rebuilt from scratch with a conversion-first approach: better photography guidance, restructured product pages, social proof at the right moments, and a completely new checkout experience. Email automation was built from the ground up across 12 flows covering the full customer lifecycle.
