eCommerce Growth Manager
Own the growth strategy for a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise eCommerce clients. You will run SEO, CRO, paid acquisition, and lifecycle marketing — and be accountable for revenue results.
About the role
This is not a coordinator role. You will own a portfolio of 4–6 clients, set their growth strategy, run the channels, and be personally accountable for hitting commercial targets. You will work closely with our engineering team on technical SEO and with clients on reporting — including QBRs at board level. We measure success in revenue, not sessions, and you should feel comfortable defending your decisions against real business outcomes.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in eCommerce growth marketing or performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Klaviyo
- Track record of running CRO programmes with measurable CVR improvements
- Strong analytical instincts — you live in the data and know what to look for
- Experience managing significant paid budgets (€50K+/month)
- Confident communicator who can present to senior stakeholders
Nice to have
- +Experience with TikTok Ads or Pinterest commerce
- +Klaviyo certifications or deep email automation knowledge
- +Background working in or with fashion, lifestyle, or food & beverage brands
- +Familiarity with Segment or other customer data platforms
